Hosted by ICF Switzerland and the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), this two-day hybrid event will unite Global leaders, HR professionals, Executive coaches, and Corporate decision-makers to explore how coaching drives sustainable transformation in organizations and society.

The Summit will run from Thursday, 30 October at 09:00 am to Friday, 31 October at 16:45 (CET), concluding with a festive Halloween Apéro at 17:00, an ideal moment to connect and celebrate with fellow attendees.
Day 1 — 30 October
Registration and welcome coffee will begin at 08:15.
The day will conclude at 17:00, followed by a Networking Apéro and cocktail reception.
Day 2 — 31 October
The program starts with welcome coffee at 08:30.
We will wrap up the day at 17:00 with a festive Halloween Apéro.
